Oh, and if you’re planning on ordering replacement lamps, make sure to double-check the lamp type, size, and wattage first. Also, for specific applications, checking the correct voltages that you’ll need will help save you tons of time in the long run.

Payment Options

1. CREDIT CARDS: The most common online payment option for e-conolight customers is through credit card purchases (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover).


2. CHECK: Place your order with our Customer Service team at 888-243-9445 (para español: 1-888-243-9339), then list your order number in the memo section and mail your check to:

3. TERMS: We offer NET30 terms for the following approved customers:

Commercial Business orders over $3,000
Government Agency orders over $500

Interested customers must submit this Credit Authorization Form for consideration and will be notified of approval status within 48 business hours.

If approved, orders with invoice terms must be processed through our Customer Service team at 888-243-9445 (para español: 1-888-243-9339).

Shipping & Handling

If only some of your items are in stock at the time you place your order, your entire order will be rescheduled to ship when backordered products become available, they’ll ship out to you via ground shipping service, at no additional charge.

  • If your order’s $500 or over, shipping’s the best thing ever: Free. That’s within all contiguous 48 states, and orders have got to ship to just one location, using a carrier we pick.
  • If an order is less than $500, we tack on a small 12.5% shipping and handling fee, with a $14.95 minimum, but the most you’ll ever pay for shipping and handling is $39.99.
  • If you live in either Hawaii or Alaska: First of all, we’re jealous, and second, please call 888-243-9445, so we can help you place your order.
  • If you need your products delivered ASAP, please call us so we can help you place your order and speed things up. You may have to pay a little more for shipping, but if it’s worth it, it’s worth it.
  • Light pole and Bullhorn pricing includes shipping and handling costs, but those particular fixtures aren’t able to be expedited. Sorry, light poles and bullhorns.
  • All shipments are F.O.B. No, that’s not a rude word. But as soon as your product leaves our factory, know that it’s officially yours. Congrats, by the way.
  • If you need to change where your package ships to, you may need to pay extra for that.
  • Make sure you have all the equipment you’ll need to unload your products once they’re delivered.
  • If only some products are in stock when you place your order (don’t you hate that?), your entire order will be rescheduled to ship when backordered products become available. All backordered products will then ship out via ground service as soon as they’re available, and you – rightfully – won’t get charged again for shipping.

Orders received before noon CT during normal business hours, on in-stock items, are shipped from the Midwest on the same day [*EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS]. You can expect delivery within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Larger orders may ship via common carrier and require you to be responsible for unloading.

Tax Exempt Sales

We charge state sales tax on all orders. You can submit a tax-exempt order, but to do that, we’ll need a valid Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate. Send your certificate to taxcertificates@creelighting.com, Or, if you want to mail or fax it:
